Transcript: ChatGPT o3-mini BURIES Deepseek R-1 (America is Back) [00:00:00.000] Last week, China released their DeepSeq R1 AI model and it quickly became the number one AI in the world. [00:00:07.400] Everybody was freaking out and basically wrote off OpenAI until ChatGPT launched their O3 Mini and O3 Mini High models just a few days ago. [00:00:15.900] These new models are absolutely amazing and they have the best coding capabilities I have ever seen. [00:00:21.199] Let's go over how it works and how you can use it today along with some amazing examples of what it can do. [00:00:27.000] Let's jump right in. [00:00:27.899] Alright, so I put these threads out on X. So if you don't follow me on X, definitely follow me. [00:00:32.299] It's at Mark Godala. It's my full name at Mark Godala on X. [00:00:35.600] I drop these right as they come out so you don't have to wait for me to make a YouTube video and edit it, which takes a few days. [00:00:40.899] So it comes right out. So this is, you know, one of the examples I want to show you here. [00:00:44.599] So this is actually the latest thread I put out. This is on the coding capabilities. [00:00:47.799] But before we look at that, I just want to show you the benchmark. [00:00:50.099] So this is where it basically lines up with O3 Mini, which is their latest model, O1, Claude Sonnet and DeepSeq. [00:00:57.600] So in terms of coding, you can see that the coding average for O3 Mini is an 82. [00:01:03.100] So that is significantly higher than everything else that's on the market right now. [00:01:07.000] That beats O1, 3.5 Sonnet and DeepSeq R1, which was actually making a push to be the number one coding and number one used AI in the world. [00:01:14.700] So this is a very, very big deal. They are way ahead of everyone else in coding. [00:01:18.500] And the reason why this gets me so excited is because I use coding so much of what I do and you can use it as well to make tons of money online, [00:01:25.199] whether that's doing coding for other people or developing your own applications. [00:01:28.699] So I might make a video on that in the future. [00:01:30.599] If you want to see that, drop a comment and definitely subscribe to this channel if you want to stay up to date on AI and how you can use it to get ahead. [00:01:38.000] So let's go over some of the examples of what it can do now that you've seen that. [00:01:41.500] So this is just a very quick example of the difference between O3 Mini and DeepSeq R1. [00:01:46.299] So you can see here that O3 Mini was asked to code an octagonal ball bouncing around here in this sort of octagonal shape. [00:01:53.400] And it does a really good job with the physics of the ball. [00:01:55.700] So they asked DeepSeq to do the same thing and it works, but not quite as good. [00:02:00.000] You can see the physics here with this bouncing ball are much better with O3 Mini. [00:02:03.900] You're going to see this kind of example a lot, by the way, because the physics is really a big part of coding something really good. [00:02:09.000] So you can see this sort of a block breaker game here. [00:02:11.400] Somebody coded in one shot. [00:02:13.099] So basically they just asked it one time, hey, code me this game and it coded the whole game instantly. [00:02:17.200] Really, really cool. This is a 3D ocean graphic in JavaScript. [00:02:20.599] I thought was really amazing too. [00:02:22.000] So they actually coded this whole 3D graphic of like a ship at sea with these 3D motion of the ocean here. [00:02:28.099] Pretty cool stuff. [00:02:29.099] Oh, so we looked at that. [00:02:30.000] So another 3D JavaScript example with the bouncing balls. [00:02:33.299] This one's a little bit more complex. [00:02:35.000] He's asking for a hundred bouncing balls within a sphere and you can see it did a very, very good job of this. [00:02:40.299] And it's using p5.js, which is a 3D JavaScript library. [00:02:44.000] And it did this in one shot. [00:02:45.299] Think about how much you can do now with just writing and asking O3 to do this. [00:02:48.800] And by the way, it's 100% free. [00:02:50.600] If I haven't mentioned that yet, all you got to do is go to ChadGPT.com, make an account and you can start using this right now. [00:02:55.800] So this guy actually went ahead and built a full like space invaders game here, which I thought was really cool. [00:03:00.800] Did this in Python very quickly and easily. [00:03:03.000] Very, very cool stuff. [00:03:04.000] Another example of sort of the physics here within a ball. [00:03:06.400] This is really cool. [00:03:07.200] This is actually a full teaching guide. [00:03:08.700] So it's basically like a private tutor that they built. [00:03:10.800] Why does water expand? [00:03:11.700] And it gives you these full visual explanations of what it's trying to teach. [00:03:15.100] So this could be really revolutionary for tutoring, you know, kids who just want to, you know, [00:03:18.599] learn, get better grades and things like that with having to spend a ton of money on tutors, private tutors. [00:03:22.500] You can basically have AI tutor you right now, right? [00:03:24.799] And just develop these for you. [00:03:25.900] So I thought that was really cool. [00:03:27.099] This is also amazing. [00:03:28.199] It's a 3D recreation of the solar system. [00:03:30.900] So they got the whole solar system made a full 3D recreation with all the axis is and spinning properly with the size of the planets. [00:03:37.900] Very, very cool stuff. [00:03:39.000] And last in this thread was they asked it to make a unicorn. [00:03:42.299] And this is this is what I came up with. [00:03:45.299] So we're not quite there with the unicorn drawings, but pretty cool. [00:03:47.900] So this I thought was amazing, too. [00:03:49.599] This is in a thread that I dropped today. [00:03:50.900] So if you don't know about this, this is the quantum slit experiment. [00:03:53.599] So basically, this is one of the things about quantum physics. [00:03:56.200] So when you observe these particles, so when there's a camera pointing at these particles, it behaves differently than when there isn't a camera pointing at them. [00:04:03.599] So without getting too into the weeds there, that's basically what this is. [00:04:06.400] So somebody asked O3 mini to create a full 3D simulation of the quantum slit experiment and it did it in one shot. [00:04:13.200] This is so freaking cool. [00:04:14.599] Look at this. [00:04:15.099] So it's a full 3D representation of the experiment. [00:04:17.699] So you can see he turns off observer mode and you can see that it behaves differently. [00:04:21.500] Right. You can see that the lines line up differently. [00:04:24.600] One, two, three, four, five lines. [00:04:27.000] Whereas when you're in observer mode, right. [00:04:29.600] So it's being observed. [00:04:30.699] It behaves in this this way where there's only two lines instead of the five here. [00:04:34.500] So really, really cool stuff. [00:04:35.699] And I mean, to be able to code that instantly. [00:04:37.500] Amazing. Amazing stuff. [00:04:38.800] So somebody here cloned the Yeezy store. [00:04:40.699] So Connie's back on X and he's been going a little crazy there. [00:04:44.300] So somebody actually went and coded, recoded his whole store using O3. [00:04:48.300] Pretty cool. [00:04:49.100] Another person coding a galaxy game. [00:04:50.699] I thought that was pretty cool too. [00:04:51.900] Another person using water simulation. [00:04:53.900] But what I found really cool about this is that they actually brought this into Blender. [00:04:58.000] So Blender is like a free 3D application for 3D modeling and things like that. [00:05:01.699] But they brought in a Python script. [00:05:03.699] So they asked it to write a Python script for water movement and it brought this into Blender. [00:05:08.699] So created this 3D animation in Blender. [00:05:11.900] That's pretty cool. [00:05:12.600] So it not only coded something in Python, but it actually coded a full 3D animation that you can now export to use for any kind of 3D modeling you want. [00:05:20.900] So video games, movies, whatever. [00:05:23.900] So really, really cool. [00:05:24.900] Someone else created like, I think this is like a Japanese board game or something. [00:05:28.000] So, yeah, they coded this as well. [00:05:29.600] Again, one shot. Did this in one shot. [00:05:31.200] Pretty cool. [00:05:31.600] So what this guy did, I thought this was really interesting. [00:05:33.400] He basically coded like a breakdown. [00:05:35.000] So this is like a coding plan. [00:05:36.400] So he actually had it do a full coding plan for him. [00:05:38.899] So he used O3 Mini to create a coding plan that he then imported into Cursor. [00:05:43.399] So check this out on X if you want to see the whole video. [00:05:45.399] I thought this was really, really cool. [00:05:46.500] But essentially you can see that he has the whole instructions here. [00:05:48.899] Read all the documents in this folder. [00:05:50.199] Create a detailed 40 step plan. [00:05:51.500] Don't mention blah, blah, blah. [00:05:52.500] And so he actually gave it all of the directions it needed. [00:05:55.599] So he had O3 Mini right out the directions and then it did all of those things perfectly and it coded this thing that he wanted. [00:06:00.899] So very cool stuff there. [00:06:02.099] So if you don't know how to prompt properly in terms of writing code in Cursor, O3 Mini will do that for you. [00:06:07.000] Pretty cool. [00:06:07.500] Another one of these bouncing ball tests. [00:06:09.000] We've seen a million of these at this point, but you can just see how much better this is than DeepSeq. [00:06:13.000] You see the mechanics of this are just really, really good. [00:06:15.000] So it's funny somebody commented on one of my on this thread here. [00:06:19.000] I thought this is a really good comment. [00:06:21.399] He said, what if they're just optimizing these models for the bouncing balls? [00:06:26.000] Conspiracy theory. [00:06:26.800] They looked at what everyone else had been using to test DeepSeq, mainly balls in shapes and quickly fine-tuned O3 to excel these particular types of problems. [00:06:33.800] I mean, that's brilliant. [00:06:35.300] I don't know that that's what they're doing, but if they are doing it, that's actually really brilliant. [00:06:39.500] So you can see obviously it does a much better job. [00:06:41.500] Coincidence? [00:06:42.300] I don't know. [00:06:42.699] So another cool like 3D JavaScript animation here with physics. [00:06:46.899] Somebody else built like a little Mario style game here where you just have like a 2D object jumping around on platforms. [00:06:52.000] Pretty cool. [00:06:52.599] This I thought was sweet too. [00:06:53.599] So this is somebody's actually building Minecraft maps and you can see it does a really good job. [00:06:58.300] So he prompted it to build an amazing large organic and epic floating island in Minecraft and it did a pretty good job. [00:07:04.199] So pretty cool. [00:07:05.199] Some more 3D animation stuff. [00:07:06.699] It's kind of reminds me of like the old school Windows logo and that old school Windows background screen saver. [00:07:11.899] So pretty cool. [00:07:12.599] Pretty sweet. [00:07:13.300] A Tetris clone. [00:07:14.899] So this is pretty cool as well. [00:07:17.000] It's interesting to me that a lot of these early testers and people that are using this model really well are in Japan. [00:07:21.800] So something interesting. [00:07:22.800] And the last one here is this Ocean Storm animation that I thought was pretty awesome as well. [00:07:27.300] And it did this all in one shot. [00:07:28.699] So amazing stuff coming out of ChatGPT. [00:07:31.300] They knocked this out of the park. [00:07:32.899] So definitely go try it out. [00:07:33.899] Just go to ChatGPT.com. [00:07:35.099] 03mini is the model and I can just show you how to use that real quick. [00:07:37.899] So basically just go to ChatGPT.com. [00:07:39.599] You got to select from this drop down here. [00:07:41.099] So it's getting a little a little heavy with models here. [00:07:43.500] So 4.0, 4.0, schedule task, 0.1, 0.3 mini, 0.3 mini high. [00:07:47.399] You get 0.3 mini high if you have the pro version, which I do. [00:07:51.199] And then you can see they have more models here, but 0.3 mini is all you need and it's really, really, really good. [00:07:56.099] So if you like this video, give it a like. [00:07:58.199] Subscribe to the channel for more content like this. [00:08:00.600] If you want to stay up to date in the world of AI and drop a comment, I'd love to hear what you have to say.
